Arcade toolkit for interacting with Apollo.io, a B2B sales intelligence platform. Enables LLMs to search Apollo's database, enrich company and person records, and monitor API usage.
Capabilities
- Company intelligence: Search organizations by firmographic criteria (industry, size, revenue, location, funding) and enrich individual company domains into full account profiles.
- People intelligence: Search contacts by role and employer profile; enrich known individuals into verified profiles with current role and optional contact details using any available identifier (Apollo ID, name, email, or LinkedIn URL).
- Credit-aware enrichment: Both person and organization enrichment consume Apollo plan credits per match; exhausted plans return a structured
status=insufficient_creditsresponse rather than raising an error, allowing agents to handle quota gracefully. - Rate limit introspection: Retrieve per-endpoint rate limits and remaining request counts to pace batch workloads and avoid throttling; requires an Apollo master API key.
Secrets
APOLLO_API_KEY — Your Apollo.io API key, used to authenticate every request. Obtain it from the Apollo dashboard under Settings → Integrations → API Keys (Apollo API key docs). Apollo distinguishes between standard and master API keys; the Apollo.GetApiUsage tool specifically requires a master API key, which is generated separately in the same section. Ensure your Apollo account plan has the appropriate access level for the endpoints you intend to use (enrichment and search tools consume plan credits).
